Introduction:
This American and Spanish cuisine gives out the perfect explosion of different flavours. The perfect crunch and juiciness from all the vegetables and the sauces adding just the right amount of creaminess to the bowl. The Tex Mex Chicken Burrito Bowl is healthy, delicious, and super easy to make.
Serves- 4 Bowls
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Rice
2. ½ cup Black Beans (soaked, Boiled and drained)
3. 1 Onion/Spring Onions (chopped)
4. 1 cup Broccoli (boiled and chopped)
5. ½ cup Corn (boiled)
6. Chicken Nuggets
7. Cherry tomatoes
8. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
9. Caesar dressing
10. Chipotle sauce
11. Kosher salt
12. Pepper
13. Paprika
14. Olive oil
Method:
1. Add the rice at the bottom of the bowl.
2. In four sections toss in the- Black beans, onions, broccoli and corn(mixed together).
3. For the fourth section deep/air fry the chicken nuggets and chop them into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
4. Sprinkle the kosher salt, pepper and the paprika and a few drops of olive oil to the bowl. 5. Add the grated cheese over all the vegetables and cover the cheese by garnishing it with some tomatoes.
6. Serve with some caesar dressing and some chipotle on the side and Enjoy!
