Introduction: Craving for some yum Strawberry Cake, but can't find any because it's just not the right season? Well lucky for you with Strawberry Jam, you don't have to worry about any season. The perfect Strawberry Marble Jam cake with just the perfect Strawberry flavor that'll leave you craving for more. Ingredients: 1⅓ cup Flour ⅔ cup Sugar(Powdered) ¼ tsp Baking Powder ¼ tsp Baking Soda 2 Eggs 100 g Butter(Unsalted) ½ tsp Vanilla Extract A pinch of salt 2 tbsp Yogurt 3 tbsp Strawberry Jam ½ tsp Strawberry Essence ½ tsp pink food color Duration: Preparation time: 20 minutes Baking time: 50 minutes Method: 1. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. 2. In a bowl, sieve- flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. 3. In another bowl beat the butter until smooth and fluffy, add the sugar and beat using a hand/stand mixer. 4. Beat in the eggs one at a time and beat well. 5. Add the yogurt and vanilla extract to the batter. 6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in three portions and mix well. 7. Separate ¼ of the batter and shift it to another bowl, add the strawberry jam, pink food color and strawberry essence to this mixture and mix. 8. Grease the baking dish with some unsalted butter and pour both the batters layer by layer alternately, insert a toothpick and swirl it through the batter. 9. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180°C, let it cool for 10-15 minutes and Enjoy!
